Care built around you
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.
The experiences that bring someone to therapy are personal, and treatment should be too. I work with adults, older teens, and families to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and develop an approach grounded in both evidence and the needs of the individual.

Individual Therapy
Understand the pattern. Change what comes next.
Sometimes the challenges we face today have roots that reach much further back. Anxiety, self-criticism, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck can reflect patterns that once helped us adapt but no longer serve us in the same way.
Individual therapy creates space to understand those patterns, process experiences that remain unresolved, and develop new ways of responding. Treatment is collaborative and may draw from Schema Therapy, EMDR, and Trauma-Informed CBT depending on your needs and goals.
Support through change
Care that considers the whole picture.
Older Teens
Adolescence can bring intense emotions, changing relationships, increased expectations, and questions about identity and independence. Therapy provides a place to better understand those experiences while developing healthier ways to manage stress, emotions, and relationships.
Families
Individual struggles don’t happen in isolation. Family relationships and environments can influence how difficulties develop — and how healing takes place. When appropriate, family work can help improve understanding, communication, and the ways family members respond to one another.
An Integrated Approach
The method follows the person — not the other way around.
Treatment begins with careful assessment and a shared understanding of what you’re experiencing and what you hope will change. From there, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, EMDR, and cognitive behavioral therapies to create a treatment plan that fits the individual rather than forcing the individual into a predetermined model.
